Melanin Magic Wonderland Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure the smooth operation of the Melanin Magic Wonderland event and to provide customers with a clear understanding of the policies related to their visit. By attending Melanin Magic Wonderland, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

1. Booking and Ticketing 

Advance Booking: All visitors must book tickets in advance. Walk-ins will only be admitted if space and time permit. 

Ticket Pricing: One ticket price allows for one child and one adult only. Additional children or adults must also have a ticket pre-booked. 

Validity of Tickets: Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot selected at the time of purchase. A valid e-ticket with a QR code, displayed on a mobile or tablet device or as a printed copy, must be presented for entry to the event. Each member of your party must have a valid ticket, including babies in arms under six months who require a free ticket. Please note, however, that no gift will be given for free ticket holders. 

Availability and Acceptance: All tickets are sold subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase, and any queries relating to them should be raised with us prior to purchase, as the purchase of tickets constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

All tickets purchased for Melanin Magic Wonderland are non-refundable. However, if you need to change your booking, we may be able to accommodate you, subject to availability. Please contact our team at info@melaninmagicwonderland.com for assistance. 

Where an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the venue or the organizer, or due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control, we will work with you to secure an alternative slot for your visit, subject to availability. No refunds will be provided. 

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled or rescheduled and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Where an event is canceled or rescheduled, the organizer will use reasonable endeavors to notify you using the details you provided at the time of ordering. 

3. Children and Guardianship 

Adult Supervision: All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 years or older) throughout the visit. 

Child Safety: Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's behavior and safety throughout the visit. Certain activities may be limited based on age and/or height requirements. 

4. Photography and Media 

Personal Photography: Visitors are allowed to take personal photographs unless otherwise indicated. 

By attending the event, you consent to photography and videography which may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify a member of our team at check-in. 

5. Melanin Magic Wonderland Experience 

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow for check-in. 

Santa Meeting: During your session, you’ll enjoy a group meet-and-greet with Santa, where each child will have the chance to interact and take individual photos. 

Gift Policy: Each child will receive a small gift at the end of their session. The exact nature of the gift cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on availability. 

Craft Activities: Craft activities will be available during the event. Please note that we are not liable for any mess to personal belongings or clothing that may occur during these activities. 

Socks Requirement: For safety reasons, socks must be worn during sessions that include the bouncy castle. 

6. Health and Safety 

For the safety of our guests, please follow all health and safety instructions provided by staff on-site. Participation in certain activities may require adult supervision, and Melanin Magic Wonderland holds no responsibility for injuries sustained during the event. 

7. Liability 

Event Changes: Melanin Magic Wonderland reserves the right to modify event details, including dates, times, and activities, if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated via email to the address provided at the time of booking. 

Melanin Magic Wonderland is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. We encourage attendees to keep personal belongings secure. 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to participate in the event at your own risk. 

8. Smoking 

No smoking is permitted within the event space or at the entrance to the venue. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. 

9. Parking 

Parking arrangements outside the venue are the responsibility of each visitor. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth arrival. 

10. Code of Conduct 

Respectful Behavior: All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. 

Alcohol and Substance Use: The use of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited during the event.
